2011 IWA Registration

            Thursday 6-9pm:  Hummer's Rendezyous.  All Drag and Oval registration will be accepted.  Cash bar and DJ will be provided.  Pre-purchase your awards dinner tickets tonight and save $2.  Meal tickets will be for sale for $9/meal.  See Sunday schedule for menu.  Registration for the Dan Hill Cup will be available during this time also.  See below for details. 

The cost to enter the Dan Hill Cup is $75 and it is a “winner take all” event. Qualifying heats will determine the top 3 drivers from the East and the West. Qualifying heats for Eastern drivers will be right handed, qualifying heats for Western drivers will be left handed. The final will consist of two 8-lap segments, Left hand first, then right hand (per Dan Hill Cup tradition, the hosting team runs their direction last)

          Friday:  8-11am:  Drag racing registration will be accepted and must be completed by 11am at the IWA merchandise trailer on the midway by the main enterance.  ALL DRAG REGISTRATION IS DONE AT 11AM!  Racing starts at 12 NOON SHARP for Drag quailifying.  Oval racing registration will be accepted throughout the day Friday from 8am on, but if you are only racing Ovals, please reserve 8-11 for those who are racing drags.  Registration for the the Dan Hill Cup will be available during this time. 

            Friday 12 Noon:  Racing beings with Drag qualifying.  Driver's meeting to be approximately 30 minutes prior to start of racing.  Driver's who will be racing Drags need to be present for the Driver's meeting.  Pre-race safety tech will be performed prior to racing and must be completely 15 minutes prior to racing.

            Saturday there will be no Registration available unless prior arrangements have been made.

            Sunday:  6-?pm:  Awards Banquet.  Hummer's Rendezyous.  Menu to consist of all you can eat Baked Chicken and Sliced Roast Beef, Au Gratin Potatoes, Green Beans/Baby Carrots, and a tossed Caesar Salad.  Cash bar will also be available.  You can purchase dinner tickets during the awards banquet for $11.
